The service was great! My wait time was Hardly nothing at all and everyone was very friendly. Shout out to Shay who did my haircut. She was very genuine person and my cut was awesome even though it's primarily focused on men. I am an older gal and she did a great job taking the 80s out of my hair LOL. Overall great experience and I will be back again for sure!

Wait times are always too long. Usually only one person working, while others are on break or lunch. Lobby was full and I was the next customer in line. She finished with her customer, then made a call to manager about register issue, then clean the floor around chair, then called my name - but said she needed to step outside for 2 minutes. What? I waited 36 minutes (17 minutes after scheduled estimate) while 4 people waited behind me. Second gal came back from lunch. I would think that if one more person was on, the service could be much better. Haircut was fine.

I like this place, but today I checked in online and arrived within 10 minutes. The online app stated there was no wait. It was 12:30 ish and only 1 stylist with 3 men waiting. My name was first on the list so I waited about 5 minutes then asked the stylist if he was the only person working today. I was told the other stylist was out to lunch and it would be another 10 minutes. Alot of us guys use our lunch break for a haircut. I am just upset that I have to plan my haircut over again. Great Clips offers on line checkin too and they usually have 3 or more stylists. I have been to this location twice and never experienced this issue. Gonna have to rethink another visit.

Wait times are outrageous. Never have I seen more than 2 people working. Haircuts are subpar. I bought the MVP package of prepaid haircuts and that is the only reason I gave returned. Once they are used, I won't be back.

I literally had to get up out of the chair today and walk out before the “Barber/stylist” screwed up my hair anymore. Asked for a skin/high fade, after about 20 minutes of her struggling, she asked me for advice, I patiently walked her through what I wanted again and gave her a tip as to what to do. I finally I got fed up and started to get out of the chair, she asked me to wait a second and she called over her coworker to help. The coworker tried to walk her through the haircut ignoring her own client. Once she walked away the woman went back to chopping up my hair with sheers. I had it at this point and got up, walked out of the store and down the street to Sams Barber Shop where he fixed her mess and charged me half of what I would have paid for the MVP. Skill over speed any day! Never again!!

We’re new to Washington and needed a barber. We got tickets for a free haircut due to there grand opening and we got Johnnie. She is awesome and my son is very happy with her. Heading there today to get him a quick line up. The place is great and you get a text message when your turn is coming up... How cool is that!!! Love it!

I went in for a haircut and shampoo, and was in there OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF not including the wait time. My hair is completely butchered and nothing like what I asked for! I even had a picture of myself with the cut I wanted! Two other stylists were there, and combined they went through 6-8 clients in the time it took my stylist to finish. She seemed more interested in keeping the floor clear of hair so it didn't get on her (which she told me about a dozen times), and talking about random crap that I didn't even ask about, than it did giving an actual quality hair cut. I went in with a head full of hair, and practically got a buzz cut. She didn't listen to anything I asked for. I recommend NOT going to this location. I was really hoping to find a place closer to home.
