The service was great! My wait time was Hardly nothing at all and everyone was very friendly. Shout out to Shay who did my haircut. She was very genuine person and my cut was awesome even though it's primarily focused on men. I am an older gal and she did a great job taking the 80s out of my hair LOL. Overall great experience and I will be back again for sure!

I literally had to get up out of the chair today and walk out before the “Barber/stylist” screwed up my hair anymore. Asked for a skin/high fade, after about 20 minutes of her struggling, she asked me for advice, I patiently walked her through what I wanted again and gave her a tip as to what to do. I finally I got fed up and started to get out of the chair, she asked me to wait a second and she called over her coworker to help. The coworker tried to walk her through the haircut ignoring her own client. Once she walked away the woman went back to chopping up my hair with sheers. I had it at this point and got up, walked out of the store and down the street to Sams Barber Shop where he fixed her mess and charged me half of what I would have paid for the MVP. Skill over speed any day! Never again!!

We’re new to Washington and needed a barber. We got tickets for a free haircut due to there grand opening and we got Johnnie. She is awesome and my son is very happy with her. Heading there today to get him a quick line up. The place is great and you get a text message when your turn is coming up... How cool is that!!! Love it!
