Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of University Place

Just started coming to this shop and they are now closed. Just wondering what happened? No information posted. Just that it is closed and number is off.

Wait times are always too long. Usually only one person working, while others are on break or lunch. Lobby was full and I was the next customer in line. She finished with her customer, then made a call to manager about register issue, then clean the floor around chair, then called my name - but said she needed to step outside for 2 minutes. What? I waited 36 minutes (17 minutes after scheduled estimate) while 4 people waited behind me. Second gal came back from lunch. I would think that if one more person was on, the service could be much better. Haircut was fine.

I like this place, but today I checked in online and arrived within 10 minutes. The online app stated there was no wait. It was 12:30 ish and only 1 stylist with 3 men waiting. My name was first on the list so I waited about 5 minutes then asked the stylist if he was the only person working today. I was told the other stylist was out to lunch and it would be another 10 minutes. Alot of us guys use our lunch break for a haircut. I am just upset that I have to plan my haircut over again. Great Clips offers on line checkin too and they usually have 3 or more stylists. I have been to this location twice and never experienced this issue. Gonna have to rethink another visit.
